This healing system has been practiced in daily life in India for more than 5000 years. According to Ayurveda, the universe is made of five primordial elements, namely earth, air, fire, water and ether. These elements themselves are inanimate, but in combination, give rise to three main biological forces or principles in the human body, called Doshas. These are the forces that govern all psycho-physiological functions in the body and mind respectively.

Abhyanga
A traditional synchronized full body massage given by experienced Ayurveda therapists using medicated oil. Abhyanga improves physical consistency, helps to liquefy toxins and induces relaxation, whilst normalizing blood pressure and eliminating impurities.
Abhyanga Potala Sweda
Abhyanga is followed by kizhi procedure. This treatment gives a double benefit of of both soothing oil massage and kizhi thereafter which comprises placing of warm herbal poultices in a prescribed synchronization helping in proper blood circulation throughout the body.
Anjana & Aschyotana
Ayurveda recommends daily use of natural corrylium for health and beauty of eyes. this treatment includes putting, extracts of herbs that possess preventive and curative properties are inundated to the patient’s eyes and eye wash with herbal water.
Ayurvedic facial
This utterly relaxing facial will sooth your senses while treating skin with a blend of essential oils.This includes cleansing, steaming, face therapy rituals and face pack. Anjanam & Aschyotanam ariousoils,creams and face packs are used according to the skin type.This treatment includes procedures like cleansing, massage, herbal steam, gentle scrub, nutrifiying packs, toning, rejuvenating and moisturizing. This is done with combination of ayurvedic herbs based on the constitution, and fresh fruits and vegetables according to skin types.
Ayurvedic Head Massage
A powerful calming and relaxing massage over the head, neck, shoulder and upper back. Conducted in a sitting posture using Ayurvedic medicated oil. Traditionally known as "Shiroabhyanga", this treatment is ideal for anyone who carries stress over their shoulders and neck. It helps to improve quality of sleep, nourishes the hair roots and also is helpful in managing recurrent headaches.
Bandhana
This is a bandaging therapy which comprises of soaking cotton pads in medicated oil and tying it up on affected ares for prescribed time period, very soothing insudden sprains and injurial inflammations.
